To keep my hair in good condition I use shampoos and conditioners which are specially formulated for blonde hair. BLEACH London shampoo and PRO:VOKE Touch Of Silver Daily Nourish Conditioner are my favourites!
They keep my hair feeling hydrated, silky and shiney and prevent those brassy tones from appearing, which is a bonus!

My hair is naturally dark blonde so I have regular highlights and treatments, such as toners, to keep it the colour that it is, so keeping my hair in tip top condition is very important to me. My hair is also really long (just incase you hadn't noticed) so this is even more of a reason to keep it healthy!
After washing my hair I towl dry it to remove as much excess water I can and then tie it up in a high pony tail so that the ends of my hair can dry naturally. I only use a hair dryer to dry my roots and the back of my head (or if I'm in a rush and need to be somewhere) - going out or going to bed with damp hair is not a good idea, I'm all for beauty regimes but I don't want to be freezing all day or wake up with a bad neck (not a good way to start off the day)!
Once my hair is dry I use a small amount of oil and run it through the ends of my hair. This adds shine and again hydrates those dry ends.
Before going to sleep I either put my hair in curlers or leave it down. Don't go to sleep with your hair in a pony tail or else you'll get that annoying kink that is impossible to get rid of.
Here are some of my favourite products:
1.) Garnier Ultimate Blends 1 Minute Polishing Scrub - The Silky Smoother with vanilla milk and papaya
This is a wonderful product which leaves hair wonderfully smooth and smells devine!
2.)PRO:VOKE Touch Of Silver Daily Nourish Conditioner (mentioned above)
This is a great product for anyone with bleached or dyed hair as it nourishes the hair and gets rid of brassy tones. There are also daily shampoos and weekly enhancers by this brand which are also brilliant!
3.) Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse
I got this product when I was in France about 3 years ago and I use it all the time! It is a brilliant oil and can be used on hair and skin. It leaves the hair looking incredibly shiney and smells great too. The product also lasts a really long time so you will cut out the need for lots of different hair care products - healthily hair for you and money to spare, hurray!
My Tips:
Stay away from heat if possible. I hardly EVER use heated tongs or straighteners but if you are going to use them make sure you spray your hair with a heat protector before hand.
Try not to brush your hair when it's really wet as this can cause your hair to break, causing damage and split ends.
When brushing hair always start from the ends and work your way up to the roots, this again reduces breakage and therefore split ends.
When using oils on your hair only use a tiny amount to begin with as too much oil will look and feel horrible. Evenly comb the oil through your ends for the best results or simply use your hands to run the oil through those dry areas.
I hope this has been helpful!
