Hi everyone!
This is a throwback post of the makeup I got in Canada. As you can probably tell Im very into natural and subtle makeup, so nude colours, as well as pastels, are my all time favourites. Don't get me wrong I do like bright colours and a more dramatic look especially for night time - darker eye makeup and a bright lipstick, which is normally red but for everyday wear a natural look is always what I go for.
My favourite Mascara is the Volume Accelerator from Rimmel, I've been using this mascara for years and its definitely makes a difference! My eyelashes are longer, fuller and are never clumpy, they aways look natural and wonderfully fanned out. This, I think, is the newer version and the brush is slightly different than the last one I brought but its great and they last for ages!
The other products are ones which I have never used before and to be honest I don't think Ive heard of them before but I absolutely adore them. My mum and I spent around 2 or 3 hours just in the makeup section, there was just so much makeup to choose from, it was crazy!
I'd been looking for something which would be easy to use for contouring and I'd seen lots of YouTube tutorials where people had thick pencils/crayons which made it look alot easier but whenever I looked for something similar I couldn't find anything. Finally though I came across the Maybelline FIT me! Shine-free Foundation and its perfect for contouring, especially for enhancing your cheekbones. When wanting to achieve a sculpted (contoured) look just make sure after blending that you set it with powder as it can smudge abit which then causes it to fade a little, it is still noticeable but not as prominate whereas if you are wanting more of a sun-kissed glow then just blend it in and you're all ready. The colour I brought is 340 Cappuccino.
Thanks everyone for reading, if you try out this makeup look then please comment below as I'd love to hear about how it worked for you and what you think of it. Also feel free to share your current favourite makeup looks and products as well in the comment box as I'd love to hear about those too!

The Kiss Me Twice Lip & Cheek Chubby by Flower Beauty is a great double use product as it's both a blusher and a lip stain. I hardly ever really use blusher as I'm more of a bronzer person but I decided to try it out and I thought that this product seemed great due to it's dual purpose, why take up extra room in your makeup bag when you can have two products in one! But this Chubby really adds a really feminine and healthy glow to the look I think and I'm definitely going to be adding this step into my beauty regime more often. The colour I use is KM1 Apricot-a-lot.
The last is this absolutely brilliant highlighting powder by Physicians Formula made with real Pearl Extract. Its light and quickly adds a beautiful glow to your skin. Add it to the tops of your cheekbones, browbone, forehead, chin, upper lip and tip of your nose for the perfect natural highlights and to also enhance your features.
So this is the end look, I really hope that you like it, it's definitely my favourite makeup style at the moment and one which I'm wearing practically every day as its very natural, subtle, super cute and girly.
