We had a really great and saw the whole of the city as we hired bikes for the day and travelled about the town. We went to two museums, walked around the market square and visited one of the historic buildings there. Later we had a lovely meal in a local restaurant, ate icecream and of course went to loads of Chocolateries which ended in eating endless amounts of truffles.
Whilst exploring the city on our bikes we stopped off in lots of little shops along the main high streets; their were stalls outside too as well as a food stall selling fresh cut strawberries and waffles. Yummy!
This was a part of the canal which was next to where we had dinner, it was so quiet and peaceful and opposite was a small square with outdoor music. I wish we had more things like that at home, it was just so nice!
Another beautiful building in Brugge
I absolutely love Brugge, its such a beautiful place with so much to see and so many things to do. I would definitely recommend visiting here if you haven't already as its truly a special place.
