So I had to do a separate post on where we stayed in Brugge as it was too lovely not too! The sun was shining when we arrived and we drove down a small road at the side of a canal about 5 miles from the centre to the bed and breakfast.
We were met by the hostess and were shown around. It was beautiful. Their was a large garden filled with flowers and pretty ornaments, an outdoor eating area and of course the lovely house where we were staying.
To the side of the house was also a large field were there were horses (and being the animal lover I am this was simply perfect). There was also the family cat who basically sunbathed the whole time we were there haha! He was super cute as you can see.
We took our bags to our room and to be perfectly honest there aren't many words that can describe how lovely it was. It was beautifully decorated and we had a stunning view over the canal.
Their were 3 rooms and all had a colour theme. Ours was the Blue room.
One thing I particular liked was the little book which all the guests had written in whilst staying at the B&B, it was such a lovely touch.
The owners were also really friendly and kind and were filled with helpful information on the town and things to visit whilst staying there. They made us breakfast every morning and the food was spread out on a large table. There was fresh fruit, cheese, yoghurt, muffins, croissants and what made it even nicer was that we also got to meet and chat to the other people staying there every morning over our meal.
