I have to admit though I didn't have the best luck as a couple of days after receiving my parcel from the clothing company I tripped whilst adjusting my tripod when shooting one of the outfits and my camera unfortunately hit a curb causing the lens to get stuck inside of the camera. Due to that it's a compact camera it meant that I couldn't just buy another lens, oh no, this little accident was going to cost me £190 and I was advised that it would not be worth fixing. Now I haven't been blogging for long but a camera is a pretty important part of blogging and being an avid photographer, like I am, losing your camera is a pretty devastating thing and what made this particular week even more traumatising was that less than 48 hours later my phone flew out of my pocket and into a rather large amount of water... Yes, it was not a good week technology wise and was also a very expensive week too!
Thankfully now though, thanks to my boyfriend I am no longer camera-less and have been able to finish my six outfit shoots. And thanks to my parents I've got a phone, well at least for the time being as it is my step dads spare ;)
I am so, so thankful for having such supportive, caring and amazing people in my life every day, I am truly very lucky and I definitely wouldn't have been able to complete this sponsor without them.
So all in all after having a pretty bad week, it all turned out great in the end and its certainly a big step! I hope that my blog will bring me more opportunities like this in the future so I can explore and experiment with fashion even more.
