When Summer doesn't feel so far away

A lovely bright sunny day always makes me feel 100% better and the last few days have been wonderful! It's really starting to feel summery (apart from the cold wind) and the lighter nights have been so nice - the one thing I truly hate about winter is how dark it gets, I remember coming out of college and literally feeling like it was the middle of the night?! It almost felt like me and my friends had fallen asleep in class and woken up at about 11:00pm! Awful. But now its Spring, the sun is shining and soon it will be summer ♥

I really love how these pictures came out, the dark leaves on the tree behind me and the white crochet are such a lovely contrast, and the outfit really pops out at you (and I actually look pretty tanned which is a bonus!) This was the first outfit I took with my new camera too so I'm even more pleased with how it turned out. I simply adore being outside and this part of my garden always gets the best light so for now I'm going to go and spend a little bit of time, in my favourite spot soaking up the sun (well as much as I can anyways).
